Externally Threaded Barbell.
The barbell is externally threaded (male thread) and the ball is internally
threaded (female thread).
An Internally Threaded Barbell.
The barbell is internally threaded (female thread) and the ball is externally
threaded (male thread).
All
of our barbells of thickness 1.6mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm are externally threaded
(with the exception of P.A. barbells). All other barbells are internally
threaded. This is our standard but we are able to make other barbells
